Rejuvapen Microneedling what to expect
- At your pre treatment consultation you will be given some products to use at home for 2 weeks before your treatment to ensure maximum results.
- On the day of treatment your skin therapist will apply a topical anesthetic (numbing cream) to the area to be treated.
- During the treatment the pen will be slowly pressed on to the skin, you will feel some vibration from the pen but generally the treatment is comfortable.
Immediately after you will experience some redness, minor swelling and tenderness in the area treated that will last approximately 48 hours. - Visible changes to the skin will occur from 4 weeks and for maximum results we recommend a course of 3 treatments at 6 week intervals.
